I haven't read their list yet, but I will. Before I do, I want to point to one I'm guessing they won't name:
In the episode where Rose is suffering from insomnia, there is a scene they usually cut out when they show the reruns, but it was originally aired, and appears in the DVD. Sophia, delusional enough to think a head injury can bring peaceful sleep to someone, sneaks up behind Rose in the kitchen, and is poised and ready to bash her over the head with a cooking pot. Only Blanche walking into the kitchen and yelling, prevented it from happening. ![]() I guess at the time they saw it as "funny". But in real life, that would have immediately had me placing my mother in a nursing home facility, because she was obviously too dangerous to have her living without constant supervision. ![]() I don't know what the writers were thinking when they put that scene in, but it's one of my least favorite scenes in any episode. |

Ok...just read the list. I agree wholeheartedly with the bad behavior they pointed out. They did make a tiny mistake on this one:
"Blanche storms out in a fit of rage only to learn that she was being thrown a surprise birthday party." It wasn't a birthday party Blanche's boss was celebrating. It was some sort of thank you event, to show appreciation for her hard work. |

I usually skip "Little Sister" when I binge my DVDs. I hate how Dorothy and Blanche won't believe Rose, and then when they find out the truth, they kind of "pacify" her in their apologies, just brushing it off like she's sweet and silly.
