Not SO specifically, but no sites were coming in a few hours ago. My computer said I had no internet access. Fortunately that outage didn't last long, everything is fine now.

Yep! S.O. was down for a while earlier, the rest of my internet was running fine!

Had the same problem as well. Couldn't get on SO for about an hour or so earlier this afternoon.
