Did Anyone Watch "03 From Gold?"
What a robbery that basketball game was!!!!
The Soviets were given 3 seperate chances to score a winning basket in the infamous 1972 Olympic Gold Medal Game after the United States had won by a point. Despite several violations and with a lot of help from corrupt officals, the Soviets "won?" on their third try. Two of the Russians three attempts came after time ran out and the U.S had already won. The Soviets got to play the last 3 seconds over three times til they won! ....What a joke! You guys have to see this....it's on HBO this month and is regarded as one of the most outragous calls in sports history! I don't want to give anything away...Just watch it!
