If so, does anyone know what the deal is with the person (who is named The Doc) who runs it? I contacted him LOTS of times with no response. One of the people in the guestbook says that she gives him best wishes.

I am wondering what’s his deal here?

The signs aren't good. I smell crook. But only way to find out is to blindly send out your money and then kiss it goodbye. Some people do win the lottery, maybe you will. You have just as much chance.

Only problem with sending the money is that i don’t k ow his PayPal account and his mailing address. I asked someone else around here about him (he knows about him) and says that he might be retired.
