Hi dakert this is a food eating plan based on Peter D'Adamo's research and revolves around eating the correct foods for your blood type, thereby avoiding lectins in foods which your body otherwise has to process. To cut a long story short a friend of mine introduced me to it, I paid for two vials with our spit to be processed in New York to discover I was Type A secretor (my friend is A non-secretor). Armed with this information I can now choose foods from two lists-beneficial and neutral and not consume the avoid foods.
I've condensed this story somewhat but hope you can follow. https://www.dadamo.com/txt/index.pl?2000 |

Freshly caught fish (pan fried or grilled)
Clam chowder (preferably from Mo's Seafood and Chowder) Chinese Mexican Pizza Anything home baked by my wife or daughter Vegetables fresh out of our garden Grapes, apple, banana, oranges On rare occasions, when I'm feeling particularly unhealthy I like to order something from the roach coach at work for lunch. |
