Before the party Ward wants to see Wally in their bedroom with June. Beaver sneaks downstairs and the doorbell rings. Wally calls out “I’ll get it mom.” He was just in the room with them both still getting some rules. LOL.
Wally asks Beaver to go in the kitchen to get the tray of sandwiches. Why does Eddie go into the kitchen to get them? He also picks the bogus sandwich. Those sandwiches should have been in plastic wrap. Eddie shouldn’t be so angry about the jokes he would normally love this stuff like the trick they played on Lumpy. |

Yeah really--Good job, Junior. And yes he's the one who came up with the idea to tie the chain around Lumpy's rear axle. Makes the plastic cheese look like child's play.
Yeah I like how everyone was pawing the sandwiches. Also there may be something I forgot or missed, but when Beaver hides in the closet in his bathrobe when does he sneak out and get back upstairs? |

They first group arrives and Wally asks one girl if she’d like to hang up her sweater. Says no. They proceed to the living room and Beaver runs upstairs.
June is dressed up for a formal affair just sitting on the bed watching Dorothy Lamour. Very odd the way they are stuck in the bedroom. Wally acts very stiff in this one. |

Yep I was probably out in the kitchen or something and missed that.
Poor W&J trapped in their tiny bedroom. They could have shut the den doors and watched TV in there. I liked how Beaver set Wally up for the handshake buzzer at the end. |

The hate how Wally turns around at the staircase showing his disdain how Beaver set up the tricks. So unnatural how he turns toward the camera. Also unnatural is in Long Distance Call when Alan, Gilbert and Beaver are sitting on the sofa and as the camera pans to each one they have this creepy smile indicating they are innocent. Wally should know better.

That pan in LD Call was too long and unnatural. They could have cut out the whole thing.

Yup that would have been a good scene to edit. They cut out Gilbert running out on Beaver when they find old Jeff in the tub. All of a sudden Beaver is upstairs asking the bum what he’s doing and won’t he be late for his appointment. Gilbert is no where to be found. I believe they both go upstairs and when he’s taking a whole bath Gilbert buggers on home.
I’m surprised Wally doesn’t see Gilbert running down the street. ‘Hey Gilbert where are you running to? G- I don’t want to be there when your father comes home. W- What are you talking about? G- Well I’m sure your father will flip when he sees that bum in the tub and I don’t like to see my friends get clobbered. W- ‘course you do Gilbert you love getting him in trouble. Now who’s this bum? anyhow? |

Their edits are getting worse. They sometimes make a chop and it's real obvious. A 4 year old could do better.

I’m surprised they show Wally sewing his car seats with Beaver in Credit Card. That’s one scene they could have cut.

When Beaver's electrical cut-out plug interrupts the party's music by intermittently de-powering the record player, the music doesn't should slow once power is restored. As it is, it ought to drag at first since the RPM drops during cutting off its electricity.
On the other hand, that party music is the most "rocking" ever heard on LITB. Though largely horn-based, it still has some flashy rockabilly guitar riffing. Relative to the lame Lawrence Welk-ish stuff they usually listen to, it's almost heavy metal by comparison. |
