Daytime reruns

for a while, when a network would show reruns of one of their prime-time shows during the day while original episodes were still running at night; the daytime reruns would get a different name: THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW became ANDY OF MAYBERRY, THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW became THE DICK VAN DYKE DAYTIME SHOW, GUNSMOKE became MARSHALL DILLION etc.
But how come they didn't do this for all shows? For instance BEWITCHED, THAT GIRL. LOVE AMERICAN STYLE and THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES didn't do it.
