An interesting article....... I have heard taking too many baths/showers is not good because it washes away protective layers your system puts to keep us healthy......

Too many scented products in the house can lead to increased rates of asthma and hay fever. However nobody wants to live in a dirty home or sit next to someone with body odour. It's all a question of balance.

Is Hay fever where you feel like your getting electrix shocks in your mouth??

I get that alot and always have...... Sometimes my whole nervous system seems like its on fire!! (If I brush my arm I feel it in my mouth)
