They always short-change white middle-aged men. I would complain to the diocese.

I'll probably go to my bank and file a complaint...if I can.

If I get the money back, I'll use it for myself...if I don't get it back, I'll ask my brother to buy me a video game.

When I am at the store and lets say the items come to $5.00 I would hand them the money and say "out of $20.00"

I just gotta fine the ATM Machine that gave me the money...but since I'm sooooo pissed at the church that took my money...I refuse to talk to them!

The machine they got was from Mentor...I may have to go to the bank and get it fixed...I'll even make a copy of my last transactions.

Why would the bank owe you money? You went to the ATM, got money out, and got ripped off. The bank did their job. They gave you your money.

It's like if I got money from the ATM, went to the Mall, got robbed. Why is the bank liable???

You have absolutely no claim with the bank and your money is gone.

Your money is gone and that sucks but it is the facts.

I think I see what Mr. Cleveland means. He went to the ATM and withdrew 20 bucks, and maybe the ATM made a mistake and just gave him a 5 ? He didn't really look at the bill and assumed it was a 20! Than he paid the lady at the church carnival the 20 bill for a 5 dollar transaction, expecting 15 dollars change back, the lady seeing it was a 5, told him no you didn't give me a 20!!

Therefore it could be an ATM machine/ bank mistake? Maybe? Because other than that I can't see how the bank could be at fault!

If I missed that I apologize. He can complain at the bank if the ATM gave him a 5 instead of a 20 and they have records and can definitely find it out. Mr. Cleveland, I apologize if that was the case.

I worked as a banker for about 30 years, and all of the ATM's I operated were stocked with 10's and 20's, no 5's. Not saying that an ATM can't have 5's, but I think it would be unusual. As far as I know, the majority of ATM's are stocked with 10's and 20's.

It was the women who made the mistake...I hear that there's evidence in the ATM Machine since they have cameras. Those things don't lie...if I can find-out where the ATM Machine Company is, maybe I can get reimbursed...I already called my bank and they said "if you can give us proof from where you got the money...they can make arrangements"...but if I got ****ed by some *****es who can't do their job...I'm NEVER GOING TO THAT ****ING CARNIVAL AGAIN...AND I'LL SLANDER THAT CHURCH ON EVERY SINGLE ****ING REVIEW PAGE...I already slandered them on Yelp!
