in which episode does klinger start his own religion?

ok so there is an episode where klinger starts his own religion (or he changes his religion?) and he walks around saying something really funny to the other characters. im specifically picturing a scene where he walks into the mess hall carrying something (a broom or cross or something) and starts yelling about something with his religion. i think he says "hail ____". what episode is this? im sorry this is so vague! i havent watched the show in a few years and remember this moment being hilarious but i cant think of the word he says.
