Default Julie Piekarski Probst - Muny Dancer to Mousketeer (2019)

Here's a short feature on Julie Pie. This was partially recorded at Julie's house; we see her basement and her scrapbooks, and her trunk of memorabilia... We also see her living room and kitchen, and meet her son Christian. Careful viewers may also notice some other things about this video.

Auuughh! Janice did not "literally" take Julie "under her wing" BECAUSE SHE HAS NO WING!

We need a re-working of language in our society, lol.

Anyway, lol...

Wow, nice video! By "short" I assumed 2 minutes, but it's over 6!

How do you pick 12 kids out of 25,000???

Hey! She was on "The Facts of Life"! COOL!

OMG RETRO THEY USED PART OF ONE OF YOUR YOUTUBE VIDEOS!!! WOW THAT IS SO COOL!!!

They used it like it was a "real" credit! hahahahaha! That is so funny, and so awesome!! Congrats!

I wish they'd also used at least one clip from season 1, since that's what she's largely known for---back "in her days of glory".

Interesting that they included a visual clip of Nancy! I wonder if Felice heard about this interview and demanded she be shown, since she got "the Schachter shaft" on the show?

OMG I LOVE the peek at the season 1 FOL article!!!

Interesting though that Julie got "Nancied" in the article! Her pic is smaller than the others, and on the opposite page from the rest of "the gang".

But that is hilarious they have Blair in a cowgirl hat!!

"Okay, this is crazy. The next generation 'Facts of Life' kids are babysitting each other"---lol, awesome!

Wait, she earned a LIFETIME OF FREE FOOD from Taco Bell?? WOW!!

Wow, you can really tell her son is her son! lol

Wow, she has issues in "The Importance of Doubting Tom"!

Oh weird though, there's no real "closing" to the segment. Odd!

I feel the same way when someone uses "it's" when s/he means "its".

Thank you! I'm sure it was done quite by accident. I suspect the editor just downloaded various "Julie" clips over the years, likely using Video Download Helper or another YouTube downloading software, and s/he just didn't know that wasn't an official video. Still, I was pretty gobsmacked to see that... and pleased that my creation was deemed worthy of an official promotion video. For Julie Pie, of all people.

Nice "Running" reference! Yeah, I agree, a clip of Sue Ann from the first season would have been nice to include.

Haha!

I think it's actually because Kim is also in that clip, and they're talking about Kim and Julie's relationship. Which makes me glad I had used the shot of Nancy and Tootie together in the first place.

Yeah, cool to see that in Julie's collection. I'm so glad her mom kept everything.

So true! What was the deal?! They could only ever have six girls, and the seventh one always had to have a smaller part, or smaller picture!? WHHHHYYY?!

Good catch!

I guess at the time the photos were taken, Blair was still a "naive fast-talking girl from Texas", and this was before she had seen Julie Pie's butt!

Can you imagine someone working at a Taco Bell, and Julie Pie comes in, ordering a ton of food, and then hands him/her, like, a golden ticket that says "Lifetime Free Food Ticket"?!

Why do you say that?

Yeah, "Sally" seems quite upset there...

Haha, odd formula.

Oo, that's a good theory. Of course, by the time Julie Anne and Mindy's pics were taken, Lisa had already seen Julie Pie's butt (lol), but perhaps that was Lisa's very first photo, who knows?

Because he shares features and mannerisms of his mother!

Good point about Julie Anne and Mindy's photo. It's funny; I don't remember ever having seen Molly's "suspender" photo before; have you guys?

No, it's cute!

Do I need to be? I don't mean that to sound obnoxious, lol. I just mean some of his facial features and mannerisms are so similar to his mother's that to me the similarities really jump out: their eyes, nose, mouths, smiles, facial structure---they really look a lot like mother and son!

On the opposite page from the other girls, lower down and with a smaller photo. You can just see it in one of '80s' screenshots. He's right: she totally got "Nancy"ed there.

She got "Nancied" so bad he had to ask where she even was!!

Ironically, Nancy has the closest close-up of all the girls!

"Look at me now viewers, because you won't see me before long!"

Also: WHY would you take a picture of someone's back, like in Natalie's picture? That is not a good look. That looks very awkward!
