Default Starbucks gift card or Amazon gift card? :)

I have a business partner that we split profits. He either says that he wants his half of the profits on either a Starbucks gift card or Amazon. He leans more to Starbucks. IMHO, I can't imagine wanting a Starbucks gift card over an Amazon gift card. Isn't Amazon a BETTER Company to buy stuff from than Starbucks? I mean with Amazon you can buy anything you want. But with Starbucks, you get coffee, sandwiches, cookies, pastries, etc. I'd rather get whatever I want rather than being limited to coffee and food.

I'd choose the Amazon card for myself. I don't care for Starbucks, although I'm a big coffee drinker. You're right, the possibilities are pretty limitless about what you can purchase with the Amazon card!

Definitely Amazon. I can’t stand Starbucks, their coffee tastes burnt to me.

An Amazon Gift Card would be best since you can buy pretty much anything with it. Starbucks is okay, I like some of their drinks and they are expensive so a gift card from there would be nice to have if you drink a lot of coffee, mocha's, etc.

Both of the choices would be equal to me. I would spend a card for either place in no time at all. But why would he ever want his profits to be in the form of a gift card?
