Was Lisa ever on "Different Strokes"? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I have my DVR set to auto-record anything LIsa's in so of course that's why I started my Facts marathon but I noticed that it's set to record a couple of "Different Strokes" episodes as well. Just curious whether this is a mistake or if Lisa was really a guest star in a couple of episodes. I'll watch just for fun and see when I finally finish watching Facts.

Well now that's very interesting, because Lisa did appear on DS, but only in 1 episode, not 2---oh wait, they're probably counting the backdoor pilot, "The Girls' School", which was the season 1 finale of DS.

But yes, Lisa and Mindy appear the beginning of a season 3 episode. Lisa's only there for a minute or so, but Mindy hangs around for the whole scene a few minutes more.

Actually I saw this episode earlier and it was kind of weird seeing Mindy and Lisa on a different show playing the same characters. It was the ep where Kimberly was rehearsing that play where she played the older woman and the guy mistakes her for a twenty year old and asked her out.

Yup, "The Boyfriend". It did feel odd to suddenly see Blair and Natalie on there after being firmly established in the re-tooled FOL now pared down and set in the cafeteria for over a full year, but it was still so cool to see them there.
