Can't recall the case - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It is driving me crazy that I cannot recall this case! I know it was on UM, but I am not sure of what season, other than it's not season 1.
It involves a man who was seen drinking coffee and pacing on his driveway and his neighbors said that was out of character for him. And then inside the house, his wife said he kept calling her to come to the bedroom and when she did there was a masked man with a gun in there.
Those might be two cases, but I really think they are the same case. I just can't recall what case it is. Please help. Thank you.
