Background Music Heaven
Today's Monday Sons episode "Tramp the Hero" 2-4 was special in that this episode contained all the truly classic background music in one episode. The TV Land episode/Nick version of the episode, that is. First you hear the classic sitcom/cartoon opening sitcom music officially titled "Popcorn"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yn_4YjZx5Vo then thruout this episode you hear several different times (this is unusually great) that great harmonica music usually played behind a scene with Steve and small Chip. You couldn't ask or a better sample of classic Sons background music than this episode, "Tramp The Hero". Needless to say all this fantastic music was removed in the official commercial release version. But this episode is why I value the original music so much. |
