There are some iconic things in Happy Days that didn't necessarily happen on day-one. I'm wondering if anyone knows the episode or season that these things first happened. I'm guessing a lot of these didn't start until the live audience seasons began.

When did Fonzie first use the aaaaaaaaaay?

When did Fonzie first use the finger-snap to get the girls running to him?

When did Fonzie get his magical powers like hitting the jukebox to get it to come on?

In what episode is the last appearance of Fonzie's windbreaker?

In what episode did Fonzie first stand down some other tough guys? It was usually done to rescue Richie. Did this happen at least once or twice a season?
