Should N@N completely remove from Nick, or will N@N go back to classics?
I know I said they're not going back to classics because we're already in this late 2010s decade, and about to go to 2020's decade. But maybe I would like to hear others opinion on this even if not real, or likely. Its ok |

I would love if NICK at NITE Returned to a Classic TV Network again and was not off the clock.
I work 2nd shift and when I get home I want to see classic Sitcoms. Especially from the 1950’s & 1960’s & 1970’s. Antenna TV only does Saturday Nights. Me TV doesn’t show any Sitcoms past 12AM. In addition Classic Sitcoms would carry the Nickelodeon audience into All NITE. Plus having the adults watched who grew up humming watching the tapping feet of My Three Sons or Donna Reed saying dinner in 5 minutes! Or Dennis the Menace bugging Mr. Wilson or Looking for Car 54, Where Are You? Or thinking what Dobbie Gillis is thinking. Or Making Room For Daddy or Socking It To me or seeing something very interesting/ or rinngy dinngy on Laugh-In or The Monkee’s always Monkeying around. Or listening to a talking horse (Mister Ed) or dog (Lassie). Or looking at the back of Patty Dukes head or fantasizing what life would be like living with The Brady Bunch! The reason why the current nick@niTe isn’t doing so well is audience changes 8pm-10pm is usually a movie kids oriented. Or Full House that both can watch together. However Since Full House has been Back there hasn’t been any promotion for it? The 10pm-11pm Hour the audience is either kids for a Movie or Adult Themed with FRIENDS. Sometimes it’s Viacom promoting its adult themed show. With Classic TV Sitcoms both kids & adults can enjoy anytime of the NITE! Classic Sitcoms especially from 1950’s & 1960’s & 1970’s would cater to the NEW kids of NICKELODEON and there parents who grew up watching Lucy & Dick Van Dyke & Mary Tyler Moore & Bob Newhart & Fonzie & Laverne & Shirley & Bewitched & The Munsters & Andy Griffith & Beaver Clever! Including NICK at NITE Trixie & Adventures with the Milkman & someone running in setting up a place watching NICK at NITE and something strange happens or Classic TV Rewinds or Summer Block Parties & New Years Classic TV countdown jingles and promos that made you look forward to commercials on NICK at NITE!!! |

Hopefully, Nick at Nite should back to where it was prior to mid-2000s, especially in honor of the block’s 35th Anniversary in 2020.

Even though there are other Classic TV show stations like Me-TV and Antenna TV, I think that Nickelodeon would benefit from airing old shows and by old I mean like Dobie Gillis and so forth. I love that Nickelodeon introduced me to some great series.

You have Metv, Antenna TV, Cozi TV and so forth
You have DVD's You have Hulu and Netflix I don't see a need for Nick to go back to what it originally was, when you have so many other options to watch classic series |

I understand but nickelodeon is a “Kids” network and to hold onto the audience you still want to hold onto your current audience “Kids”, in addition continue adding to that audience. Classic TV Sitcoms is what would be watchable to kids & adults.
I know here we don’t get Cozi. Antenna TV currently only airs 50’s & 60’s Sitcoms Saturday Nights. Currently Me TV doesn’t air Sitcoms after 12AM. Hulu & Netflix it’s hard to sleep with a digital advise in your hand lol! In addition the current nick@niTe is struggling. |

I guess I didn't realize then that classic 50s and 60s sitcoms are watched by most kids and adults. The current shows N@N currently airs were not meant to be watched by kids. The exception is Full House which is watched by kids and adults.
Other than that, I just don't see the point of N@N keeping if it's still struggling to get better family shows.. |

The problem is nick@niTe wants to air modern Programming. Besides Full House there isn’t any innocent modern Family programming.
Classic Family Programming from the 1950’s & 1960’s and some select ones from the 1970’s was innocent Family Programming. Therefore nick@niTe is stuck. Unless they welcome the Sitcoms home to NICK at NITE from the 1950’s & 1960’s and selected ones from the 1970’s. Than they can open up the door to some different programming selections. If I Were NICK at NITE. I would continue to air the movies. If the ratings are good air a New Nickelodeon show encore again. Still hold onto Full House. Although I would definitely replace FRIENDS & Mom & The King Of Queens with Family Sitcoms from the 1950’s & or 1960’s and selected ones from the 1970’s. |

I got Pluto TV for Free and they have way better shows on Sitcoms Channel, like Bewitched, Dennis the Menace and The Lucy Show, and Dick Van Dyke, I just wish they had Flipper still, I wish that didn't leave. By the way they Have Little Rascals and Marx Brothers on there too. I'm content with that and Hulu has good shows especially Thank God It Friday shows from ABC, Perfect Strangers and Family Matters, Hanging with Mr. Cooper and Step By Step. So it keeps me busy. |

Honestly I couldn't agree more. N@N deserved to be removed because nothing is good anymore. And with Nickelodeon shows airing on N@N like Paw Patrol, Blaze (one time), SpongeBob (used to before), All That, Are You Smarter, Double Dare 2018 version last year.
Why even bother keeping 6AM hour and 9PM hour if N@N doesn't have any shows to air except only Nick shows? |

I don't think the rights for other networks has anything to do with it, King of Queens also air on TVLand (another Viacom network) shared rights with Nick@Nite as well. TBS also airs that show too. Also, they formerly did those with Everybody Loves Raymond on Nick@Nite from Jan 2015-Aug 2015 even though TVLand then aired it too. They have shared rights. But for N@N it didn't last long. TVLand still continues to air it as well as TBS |
