Nothing wrong with feeling relief about it. Sometimes it's easy to get burned out even doing things you like.

I wish I can say that about my dad...I'll be helping him more and going to his house twice a week...but he's insisting I live with him for good.

It'll help me financially, but not emotionally.

He's a demanding guy...I have to stay overnight since that was insisted upon.

I'm sure I'll hear "Paul...move-back home" this weekend...it'll help me financially but not emotionally. That...and he lectures me and nothing gets done.

I wanna make a compromise like go over to his house every Wednesday and make him weekly meals so he can heat and eat with the microwave. But if he says "how soon can you move-back home"? I'll have to say...by the end of July.

And with that I'll have to say...he wins!

I take it you're closer to your mom? I think most sons are. How long have your parents been divorced & do they still get along? About how old are you?
