Anybody know if that is Andy in the picture I have below? I've seen this video hundreds of times but for the life of me cannot figure out if that's Andy or not. Can anyone identify that mug?

(Note: I'm talking about the person in the princess costume, not the brunette.

I had NOOOOOOOO clue that was Blair at all! But I don't feel stupid because I never got to see Season 7 and on because we moved the same time they were about to get into Season 7. I remember the last ep I saw was like the grand opening of Over Our Heads. And everyone knows that Chris doesn't get Nickelodeon let alone N@N. When I first saw that clip during the opening credits I thought it was also Andy, I didn't stop thinking it was Andy till after I saw the episode.

That WAS Blair from the Dear Apple episode after some school mixup. But you know, it IS funny how they played that clip in the credits next to the "MACKENZIE ASTIN" credit with Andy--as if they thought THAT was him in the tattered costume!!!
