Default I Laugh Everytime

Ward comes home in The Shave and needs to shower and shave and Wally is using his razor in the bathroom. They’re only going to the Rutherfords. Ward doesn’t need to shave and could probably get away with wearing a Hawaiian shirt and Bermuda shorts. I mentioned how it would have been a riot to have Ward stand at the door of the bathroom with a long beard and mattered hair like Rasputin. At least he would have a reason to be mad for using all his blades.

Question: Can anyone name the episode when we actually see Ward is shaving? He comes downstairs with a face covered in lather.

In the football award episode he says the same thing, that he has just enough time to shower and change (maybe no shave this time). He probably showers before work, does he need to shower again to go to an event? Granted you're not as fresh after work, but you probably can get away with it!

I remember the scene where Ward comes downstairs with the lather; it's probably in the new house. I'll have to think about which episode though.

It’s just so funny how he has to shave with not even a 5 o’clock shadow. Also Wally had nothing to shave so he could use that blade that Wally just used. I know I analyze too much.

Hint: This episode has Ward being called downstairs by June because Beaver could be in trouble.

Was it one of the Beaver get beat up episodes like Beaver's Fortune, where Sonny didn't show? Or maybe Beaver and Ivanhoe, with Clyde the kids with the freckles.

Or maybe Beaver and Gilbert, but I thought the shaving lather appearance was at the new house.

Right the first time. Beaver’s Fortune. June is going to call the police and Ward interferes. Wally goes to see if Sonny showed up.

I posted this on another thread, but I was watching the Nick the Horse episode this morning. LITB is not an LOL show, but when Beaver did that whinny while the horse was sleeping, that just cracked me up!

I smiled too and loved when Beaver said to Gus, “You’re the only person around who can think like a horse.” That guy from the Board of Health was very funny when June asked him to take Nick and he said “I can only touch them if they’re dead.”

You’re a very nice man. Aw I’m just a sentimental old farm boy. (Something like that)

Yep. I don't Mr. Gus got out of the firehouse except in this episode. (I'm avoiding a blanket statement 'cause I'm always wrong!)

Those last two lines, I think you got 'em exactly right. Very nice.
i think If I had to rank the seasons, 2 would be #1.

I think you’re right about the only time he got out of the firehouse. In Next Door Indians Gus is out in a yard doing some spraying when Beaver shows him the garnets. I do believe he’s outside the firehouse.
