Thumbs up Happy Birthday Drummond

Wooohooo! Kimberly's back! I thought she looked gorgeous. Finally none of that really corny episodes. I really liked this episode. IMO it's one of the best and most defining episode. It was touching to see Arnold and Willis go back to harlem and talk about changing their name to Drummond. I'm glad I taped it.

Do they ever change their last name to Drummond? I know they didn't in this particular episode, but I thought I read somewhere where the characters names were Willis Jackson Drummond and Arnold Jackson Drummond.

I know! I thought she looked great and I think that the episodes so far were lacking something, but I could never figure out. Now I know how much I missed seeing Kimberly on the show! It's nice to see an episode that doesn't revolve around Sam and Arnold the whole episode for once.

Yup, I really didn't like any of the episodes about sam, except for Sam's Missing and the one with Solei Moon Fry (punky brewster), I thought that was a cute episode.

The episodes were lacking something without Kimberly in them and Sam in them, and I like watching episodes before Drummond meets Maggie much better. Kimberly just makes the episodes better and the firing of her was a shark jumper as well.. For instance, there was an episode the other day when Sam has to get a grandparent to help him build something and the grandpa doesn't help him and I just switched the channel right then, b/c that was so boring to me..(I've never seen that whole episode either..)

Does anyone else find Sam episodes hard to watch?

I don't think Willis and Arnold ever did change there name to Jackson-Drummond although it said they did on IMDB.

I've kinda gotten used to Sam, I did hate him at first but I don't dislike him much anymore, although I think the episodes without him were a lot better.

The Happy Birthday Drummond episode is one of my favourites and I think there's some really nice moments in it. I liked it when Kimberly entered and everyone clapped. Dana looked so nice in the ep.

I completely agree. I thought it was just me, but I yawn through the Sam eps. I am a huge Kimberly fan, so I know that the only ones I taped are the ones she's in, but it sounds like other people feel the same way. Long live Kimberly!!!

I'm already getting tired of the Sam episodes and can't wait until July 2nd, when the final episode and the pilot air on TNN.. Get to catch up on the early season episodes I missed and have not seen before, because of school!

Russian Embassy equals boring.. And Cheers to Arnold was just ridiculous. Since when can someone be drunk and forget how they got home after ONE sip of alcohol. STUPID writers.

Default just a thought....

ok, i really am not trying to sound nasty, i just have a thought for you all... now almost everyone says that they dont like the Sam/Maggie episodes...but, if Magge hadn't been added to the show, where would the show have gone after season 6? It needed something then too...a least in my opinion it did..would you hve rather seen just 6 easons, or 8? and people also say the wedding should have been the series finale... now i know that all of you die hard DS fans probably would have been angered by this and said stuff like, "but what happens after the get married? does kimberly and willis go to college? does willis marry charlene?" if you disagree with me, i understand, but just think about this a minute for me
Thanx

In the "Cheers To Arnold" episode I think it breaks off after they've just had a bit of alcahol and you're meant to asume that they've had a lot more-I think. That's actually one of my fav eps.

I do agree with you DiXiEFaN4EvA15 that the show was going nowere and needed something added to it, I just don't know if Maggie and Sam were the right things to add...

Well but if he was that drunk then he wouldn't be acting so normal when he was talking to Pearl, Mr D. and Maggie I think. That was about all that bugged me in the ep.. but the way he helped his friend and all was good.
