insert yourself into?

I think that I would like to join the cast of The Patty Duke Show in season two.

Just to be near Miss Duke at that age would be interesting.

One thing I wouldn't want to be is the film editor for that show!

Seriously, I'd like to have worked with Chuck Jones et al and been in on the production of one of his Looney Tunes.
