My e-reader stopped working - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Just a few minutes ago, my e-reader stopped working and now it's frozen and will not unlock at all.

It was working last week and do not know why it's like this all of a sudden. Does anyone know why this is happening to me?

if it's a Kindle, tell Amazon and they'll fix it or if they can't they'll give you a discount on a new one
