UP TV April Schedule Changes

It looks like weekdays are still the same, but did notice some changes for the weekend.

Weekends

Saturday, April 13 (Mornings)

1:00-3:00 AM is Whose Line Is It Anyway

7:00 AM-8:00 AM is Heartland

8:00 AM-9:00 AM is AFV

9:00 AM is Whose Line Is It Anyway Best Of which are extremely short (only 3 minutes long)

9:03 AM until 10:00 AM is AFV

11:00 AM until 12:00 PM is AFV

Afternoons

12:00 PM-3:00 PM is AFV

3:00 PM-5:00 PM is The Librarians

5:00 PM-12:00 AM is all movies

Sundays (Mornings)

2:00-3:00 is Bringing Up Bates

7:00-8:30 is religious programming

8:30- 9:00 is Bringing Up Bates

9:00-12:00 PM is AFV

Afternoons

12:00-2:00 is AFV

2:00-11:00 is all movies

Changes

Home Improvement is no longer on the weekends anymore and is now only seen on weekdays

Fresh Off The Boat is officially gone from the schedule

Another change I just noticed is that Home Improvement is no longer on weeknights Mondays and Tuesdays.

It looks like UP has already made some new changes to their weekday schedule.

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM is Our Wedding Story

8:00 to 9:00 AM is Bringing Up Bates

9:00 to 12:00 PM is Heartland

12:00 to 3:00 PM is 7th Heaven

Gone is the Home Improvement afternoon block, it has been replaced by 7th Heaven

Home Improvement is now returning to weeknights Mondays and Tuesdays

Also gone is Design Twins. It has since been replaced by Gilmore Girls.

I bet Home Improvement's daytime airings on UP started to decline in ratings once LAFF added their 11AM-1PM block. I would put Home Improvement every night at 11PM, airing it there could get the LAFF primetime audience to switch over. And Whose Line I have never cared for much, it would finally get something good on UP in the 11PM hour. This would be a good schedule for them, I would also like to see Touched by an Angel return.

Add another religious program at 8:30AM and have the entertainment day start a half hour later at 9:00.

9-11PM Movie- when new episodes of Heartland are available to the US they would air here.

Another thing I noticed is that when 7th Heaven and Heartland air, all of the episodes say New.

Could this be due to the recent timeslot changes?

Heartland could be new to the US, although that would really be a waste not airing them anywhere near primetime. 7th Heaven has been gone for over a decade, and none of the episodes would be new to UP either as it has cycled through everything multiple times.

It's weird that the episodes are still being shown as new though.
