I think an item I ordered from Amazon 3 weeks ago has been stolen. According to the website it was delivered on March 30th, but I haven't gotten it yet. What can I do about it?

What if my Amazon package is stolen?

File a claim with both amazon and the carrier. ... Go to the amazon website and click help, then follow the prompts all the way through to the end to make a complaint about your package not being successfully delivered. You will either get another package for free or they will refund the order in full.

On our local news they're always showing people dashing onto porches stealing packages. Homeowners have cameras that capture them doing it. They tell you to file a police report but that's kind of useless if you don't have a security camera to show the culprit.

If you decide to have your package reshipped then I suggest it be sent with a signature required.

i think the people steeling people call them porch pirates!! you might want to look into getting one of thoses ring door bells!! they got cameras on them!!
