I've heard that all of the seasons are fairly cheap to buy on DVD, with the exception of Season 5, which is $35 and up. Even though it has the least number of episodes. There was even was a long delay before Season 4 (the Shelley Hack season) was finally released on DVD.

Supposedly, Sony didn't trust there would be much consumer interest in the lackluster final two seasons. Season 5 is to date, only available online as a made-on-demand burned DVD-R collection.

And they are correct!

I own the first 3 seasons only, but I'll occasionally watch season 4 and 5 episodes if they are on MeTV... mostly to see Jackie and Cheryl. Some of them aren't too bad. Interesting how quick the fashions changed in such a short time span.
