The original pioneer of the Surf guitar and who brought a fun hip sound to music Dick Dale has died at age 81. Best known for lots of songs and for his songs on the Pulp Fiction soundtrack Dick Dale really brought a whole new sound with his awesome guitar playing and style. In the 90's Dick Dale composed a soundtrack for the Space Mountain ride in Disneyland Paris with an awesome version of the classic song Carnival Of The Animals. Dick Dale will be remembered for his unique guitar sound that brought an amazing sound to music today

Was playing Riders In The Sky last night (super kick-a..combo of Ghost Riders and Apache). Also - Surf Beat, King Of The Surf Guitar, Shake 'N' Stomp, Let's Go Trippin'...and my all-time favorite, Miserlou.
