Anyway, I picked PRIMETIME dramas (TD,ER) because, well, I don't like TODAY'S sitcoms. However, if you're referring to ANY sitcoms (i.e FOL) then sitcoms!

In the poll I voted for primetime dramas, because I can think of many dramas I like, whereas there are only a handful of animated sitcoms (Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy), all of which I love though....and most sitcoms these days just don't do it for me. Most are mediocre at best.

However, one of my favorite types of TV programs wasn't in the poll. I like educational TV such as the kind that airs on the Discovery Channel, the History Channel, the Travel Channel, etc. Of these I esp. like all the forensic science shows (New Detectives, Medical Detectives), World's Best, The Ultimate Top Ten, Modern Marvels, and History's Lost and Found.

I chose primetime dramas because I love cop shows and PI/detective shows. I also like crime dramas and other dramas in general.
