I googled the show to see how far into the future it takes place, and it takes place in the same century as Buck Rogers. Are both shows just as advanced as far as technology goes? I wish they'd bring Buck Rogers back as new episodes. I was basically muscled out of being able to watch the old episodes by my older brother because he wanted to watch Magnum P.I.
