Default In what episodes.....

When I was little (2,3) I would watch it on NBC when it aired and in reruns also, well I would alwasy mock what the girls did in the opening (the LONG version). Especially when Bea bit her fist and when Rue pulled her hand inside of her sleve. I was wondering what episodes these this happen in. I've seen every episodes on Lifetime and I'm wondering of maybe they cut that part out of both of the epsiodes. Can anyone help?

Blanche: I don't really mind Clayton being homosexual, I just don't like him dating men.
Dorothy: You really haven't grasped the concept of this gay thing yet, have you?
Blanche: There must be homosexuals who date women.
Sophia: Yeah, they're called lesbians.

Hi. I live in the UK and watch The Golden Girls on British TV Channel, LivingTV, and they don't edit/cut any scenes. I've seen almost all 180 episodes and I still haven't come across that part you mentioned. It's from an early episode judging by Dorothy's hair but I do not recall having seen that. I actually received an e-mail from a fan a couple of years ago asking the same thing and because I hadn't seen all episodes at that time I really couldn't comment or help him out, but now it seems that was never shown which is odd since all the other opening bits are from actual episodes.

Maybe it was filmed but later NBC edited it because the episode was too long. Who knows.

I'm pretty sure the one where Blanche pulls her hand in her sleeve is from "The Break-In." Can anyone verify this for me?

Wasn't the fist biting in the episode when Dorothy's daughter Kate was getting married and Stan came to the house for the first time?
