times when mr, drummond did not seem like such a smart businessman?

we all know that mr. drummond was a great guy and by most accounts a great boss/businessman but i can think of at least twice when his bisuness/common sense seemed to fly right out the window 1 was in the poor drummond ep when he almost went broke because he pledged almost every penny that he had into some housing project 2 was the junk food ep where he must have been asleep during the board meeting because he did not realize that the junk food machines were made by a subsidiary of his own company can you think of any other times when mr. drummond was not so great in the business world?
