Grady Wilson or Bubba Bexley, who do you prefer as Fred's best friend?

Grady was probably funnier, but Bubba was a little smarter and much more grounded than Grady.

Fred also seemed to get along with Bubba much better. Fred and Grady were constantly arguing over something or other.

Grady or Bubba - your thoughts?

Both Gray and Bubble were funny in their own way, but IMO Bubble was funnier as Fred and Bubble had more memorable scenes together. Scenes like going to Gay bar, and Bubble as Blind mellow jelly son Pot belly

Bubba seemed like a nicer guy and I like the sound of his voice for some reason, but Grady was funnier, so I'll pick Grady.

I would say Grady would have been Fred's TRUE best friend, if I'm not mistaken Fred and Grady go all the way back to St. Louis and Grady moved out to Ca. with the Sanfords..... I'm not sure how Fred met Bubba.....maybe he met him after they moved to Ca??

I think Grady was popular b/c with Bubba there was very little conflict, Bubba got along pretty well with everyone.

Although I enjoyed Grady more as he was more of a character than Bubba, I think your observations are spot on. So when all’s said and done, I agree with you.
