Choose and why?
I'd choose the 50s. Lot of things happened during the decade. Communism , WW2 just ended and the 50s were a decade of hope for many , Korean War , etc.... Many of Hollywood's entertainers were at their prime at this stage of their career which would've been cool to see them. My 2nd choice would likely be the 40s |

Mid-late '60s. They had fantastic music and TV so it'd be awesome to experience that firsthand when everything was new. And the culture was really wild and interesting. I may even go to Woodstock '69.

The 70s. Mainly for the music, fashion and to meet some of my favorite celebs from that era.

I think it would fun to go back in time and tag along in your grandparents life.
The decades of 1940's to the 1970's had wars and both my dad lost a brother in the service and my mother lost neighborhood boys which both happened in the WW2 in the 1940's. So possible death hanging over me would be awful. 1920's might be nice. I don't drink so probition wouldn't bother me. I would want a few niceties of today though. Good heat, electricity, food a radio, good newspapers, a decent job, and a husband. Possibly might have found a husband then. Times and people were different. On the other hand knowing the crash of 1929 is coming wouldn't be pleasant. 1930's we were in the depression so times were tough there. |

I do get an Antenna TV affiliate...but is I went to the 1960's, I'd take my VCR and many blank cassettes so I can tape shows that would be erased later....
