Anyone notice the girl with glasses behind Beaver in the classroom during the test. She’s behind him in the first row. (To his left) In a close shot she’s using her right hand and when they do a wide shot she’s writing close to her body with the left. They keep going wide and close and she keeps changing her writing hand. She then just stares at Beaver’s back. She is shown leaving one row over from her row after Mrs. R. says class dismissed. Then when Whitey approaches Mrs. Rayburn’s desk you see her behind Whitey leaving again. Too funny.

They have trouble with these classroom shots. I remember one where Beaver has his hand up (shot from the teacher's side), and they change shots, and go back to it, and his other hand is up.
I also remember one where Beaver takes a phone call in the LR, and they change shots to the other party, and go back to him, and his pose is different and the phone is in the other hand. And of course, my fave., from late in the series (when an editor probably said, I'll let that slide) where the boys are going upstairs (probably Clarence and Eddie were there) and the camera pans up to follow them and picks up a boom mike. (It's not often you see stuff like that, but if you look closely, sometimes you see equipment shadows on many shows--that's probably the lighting guy's fault.) |

I think you see the boom mike in Wally’s Practical Joke when Eddie, Wally and Beaver head upstairs.

Yeah, that's probably it. Next to last episode, leave it in!
Something like that happened in the Brown Derby I Love Lucy scene, and I think it was eventually edited and corrected. |

Watching that girl writing behind Beaver during the test is so funny. Also how she leaves the room twice like those kids coming out of the movie theater.

I remember the line 'cause he said he just smiled. Angela, we never knew ye. As pointed out several months ago by Torgo (who seems to have disappeared) we have seen the back of yer head but that's all.
