Name the sister of a prominent female character on LITB. This sister appears in one episode only as a nosy customer. The prominent female character does not appear in this episode.

The nosy customer was a good clue--Netta Packer, who would have to be Doris Packer's sister.

Never noticed this cast member.

Neither did I until I saw the last name. Saw online she was Doris’s sister but can’t be sure. Wonder why she didn’t appear more often.

If this this season had the "as" in the cast, it should have read--

Netta Packer as the Buttinsky Lady
