Channel 531, Classic Toons. It's kind of a James Bond spoof, or a Get Smart knockoff from the 60s. Pretty good!

I was reminded of certain TV programs named "Inspector Gadget" and "Get Smart" and a certain series of movies involving a certain character named Jacques Clouseau being played by a certain actor named Peter Sellers after having seen this program named "Cool McCool" for the very first time through this TV programming service named Pluto TV (I had liked it ever since then (the program named "Cool McCool")).
