Which is the only point June didn’t mention as a girl for Wally.

From a good family

Sensible

Good cook

Very fertile

Keeps a nice home

Both feet on the ground

Makes Wally happy.

Very fertile? Maybe so, but she'd never say it (unless maybe she and Ward were cooing at each other from their twin beds!).

I'll go with very fertile as well. I think it is clear that June wants Wally to have a wife just like the type of wife that married Ward.

I think that women who think they should cater to men raise boys that think they should be catered too.

I was gonna list all these things and at the end say Makes Wally horny but changed it. Imagine June saying a girl who can keep a good home and makes Wally horny.
