Default Michael Skakel update

https://www.necn.com/news/new-englan...501269241.html

As of this past late november. Skekel is trying to stay out of Jail. Why court is fighting to toss him back in. The slime is letting his attorney blame his brother Thomas for the deed. They need to quit wasting tax papers money and toss him back in jail will he belongs!

Last I saw his crazy cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who shouldn't be trusted to tell what year it is was on a major national TV program blaming the crime on two "mystery men" supposedly in the area. One of the mystery men, or boys, was black, in an extremely exclusive rich white neighborhood where any such person would never go unnoticed.

Last I read Skekel is wearing an ankle bracelet and live with realtives near by this supreme court. the supreme court is the highest court so it will have to come to an end one way or the other. I think they should toss him back in jail too.

Michael's father Rushton Skakel, was the brother of Ethel, who was married to Robert F. Kennedy. So he's related to the Kennedys through his aunt's marriage.

His cousin, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has gone on a crusade to prove Michael's innocence. He doesn't always come out so great. The last interview I saw with him, he was whining about how people automatically expect the worst of Michael because of the Kennedy ties and the interviewer had to correct him and point out America's longstanding love affair with the Kennedys, if the countless books, movies and documentaries weren't already indication enough.

I guess I can't blame him for wanting to defend his cousin. But I wish he'd have a little more sympathy for Dorothy Moxley in between all his boo-hooing over people being fed up with his family.

Speaking of RFK Jr......his cousin I believe is Maria Shriver, the ex wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger as I believe that RFK and Eunice were brother and sister.

So in essence, Actor Chris Pratt is dating a Kennedy by being in a relationship with Maria's daughter Katherine.

If the completely insane loony liberal Booby Kennedy Jr - who is now bailing out guilty black criminals out of jail https://nypost.com/2018/09/18/kenned...dants-on-bail/ - is blaming a mystery black man, then you know Skakel is guilty.

Bobby Jr. is also taking revenge on his mother by befriending his father's assassin and declaring him innocent. Everyone who was there as well as everyone who even saw pictures from the scene knows that Sirhan was at least shooting at Kennedy whether anyone else was or not, and possibly could have shot him at close range if Kennedy fell towards him after first being hit. What is this creep doing defending and befriending the guilty murderer who killed his father?

US Supreme Court has denied certiorari of the state’s appeal. Only option now is to retry Michael Skakel for the murder of Martha Moxley, which I can’t see happening. 43 years have passed, key witnesses are deceased, evidence likely destroyed or lost, memories faded, etc.

The state’s attorney formally dismissed the murder charge against Michael Skakel for the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley.

It appears this 45 year old case is finally over.

BOOO! He is guilty AF of this crime. There was so much evidence against him. Another case of "Money talks, guilty white man walks..."

Not surprised by this, unfortunately. MS is an entitled, guilty piece of $#%, and should have been rotting in jail since 1975. If this guy didn't have a powerful, wealthy, and influential family backing him (i.e., the Skakels & the Kennedys) and had been poor, he would have gone to jail (and stayed in jail) for the crime many years ago. Scum-bag.
