Court TV will be revived in 2019
If you miss Court TV, there is good news: The cable network that covered trials will be back on the air in May 2019. But this time, it will be available not only through cable and satellite but also over the air.
Court TV debuted in 1991 and was in operation until 2008 when, after a change in ownership, it was renamed TruTV. When that happened, the new owners, seeking an overhaul in the network's programming lineup, phased out the true crime format.
