Season 1 Episode 1: Rough Housing - Have you noticed at the end of the episode, Willis knocks over a glass of punch. Arnold looks away as if the director will say "cut". Then, Willis can be seen looking directly at the camera as the episode ends. This must have been an accident, but the director ultimately liked it and kept it.

It's definitely a funny blooper that made its way into the final cut of the episode. Things were so rushed that I suspect they just didn't have time to re-tape the scene, and figured no-one would notice.
