I've been reading old Cindy James threads and I kept seeing the book "The Deaths of Cindy James" by Neal Hall being referenced since it apparently contains a lot of information that wasn't mentioned in the UM segment. I was curious to read it and wanted to add it to my list of other UM case related books, but it's $113 on Amazon
For a paperback book. I did some googling and tried to look for it at a cheaper price, but it's even more expensive other places! Does anyone know why it's so expensive or where I could find a cheaper copy? I'm not seeing any in my nearby libraries.

It's expensive because the book is out of print, so it's rare.

I think it had a pretty limited run and only got popular in later years. I must have purchased one of the last affordable copies. I got it about a year and a half ago for $13 used off of Amazon. I’m sure there are other used copies out there so hopefully you can find one. Too bad they don’t have an e-version of the book.
If you can find it, it is totally worth it. A very good and interesting read. |

Really good book, I think I got it for less than the shipping in 2015.

Sounds like it's time for some of you to turn a nice profit on eBay.

It's always fun to comb through used book stores to see if they have a copy of this book. I've found some out-of-print gems for cheap that way.
