Besides comedies, what is at least one show where only one cast member was in the opening?

One I know of is Wanted: Dead or Alive, w/the late Steve McQueen as bounty hunter Josh Randall (pictures of opening from Mill Creek all-in-one of that 1958-61 CBS Western).

How many others do you know of?
