I discovered while researching commercials that The Partridge Family actress Shirley Jones was the spokeswoman for Ralph's Supermarkets in the 1980's and I discovered that she appeared in commercials for Ralph's from 1985 to sometime in 1987 in three commercials that aired in the Los Angeles area. It's amazing that many supermarket chains like using celebrities in their ads to help make the sales even better

Isn't Jewel Supermarkets owned by the same company that owns Albertson's and Osco Drug Stores? Because I never knew that Patricia Heaton was also the spokesperson for Jewel Supermarkets too because I only saw her in Albertson's commercials a lot. I didn't know Shirley Jones promoted Ralph's and she was so great in the commercials and I used to shop Ralph's sometimes because it was an awesome store and had great prices on groceries
