I notice a lot of people view the posts and not too many post their comments. We need more people posting than just viewing. So all you viewers only, why not start a post or comment on posts. Seems a lot of people watch the show.

That's funny. I thought the Leave It to Beaver forum threads have had a lot of replies, but I guess they're from the same few people.
The Get Smart forum, on the other hand, is pretty much dead, which is a shame because I really like posting there. Maybe because GS is rarely on TV while LITB is always on some channel. |

Yeah unless the show is currently airing on popular stations no one seems to post. MeTV is practically shown everywhere.

Too many people with their head buried in their phone, looking at Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
People really kill me with these phones. When the light turns green they don't go. They use the speaker function in restaurants--who wants to hear their stupid conversations? They play their videos with the audio turned up in restaurants, too--again, who wants to hear? On the flip side, they could have been useful on Beaver lots of times. When Mrs. Rayburn called and wanted a parent at school, June told Ward she had to meet someone for lunch, and she had no way of getting in touch with her. |

I'm not watching Beaver today--over on channel 4.2 locally they're playing TAGS Halloween episodes. Really funny ones--the haunted Rimshaw house, coming up is that Count S Von Teleki episode, one of the best episodes (may not get to see that, the channel just froze).
(Just came back for the commercial, of course). |

Yeah the Rimshaw episode is great especially that expression on Gomer’s face just before he disappears behind a panel. Andy once again knows what’s going on.
Today was the hunting jacket episode where Hugh does some great acting. So heartwarming! |

A cell phone would have been convenient in Borrowed Boat. Beaver could reach his parents on their cell. As you mentioned June could have called Marge on her cell to cancel and could have gone to school about the monster sweatshirt.
