Once upon a time, I started a thread on this page called "Older and Prettier". This was right after I saw a movie starring Meryl Streep. You see, the first time that Hazel Shermet appeared on "Gimme a Break!" she was already in her early sixties. I thought that she looked very good for a woman that age. Well, when the movie that I had just seen was made, Meryl Streep was even further along in her sixties than Hazel Shermet was when she made her three appearances in "Gimme a Break!" In my opinion, Meryl Streep was even prettier as a sixty-something than was Hazel Shermet. This is where we come to the title "Older and Prettier". When "Will and Grace" was on the first time around, Blythe Danner was on a few time during her time in her sixties. She is another one who I thought was a hottie! Now that they have the new "Will and Grace" series, Blythe has appeared once. She is now in her mid-seventies. I would say that she looks about as good in her later years as Hazel Shermet did in hers. Thus we come to the title of this thread.
