Cable channel logos
Hi everyone. I am looking to correspond with anyone who has information on pre-1989 logos of the following cable channels: HBO, ESPN, and Showtime. Information I am looking for includes: the creators of the original and/or pre-1989 logos, videotapes or clips that show the older logos, or any links to people's pages who might show what the logos used to look like before their modern looks. This inquiry is for a production/graphic design company in NYC, conducting a research project on the evolution of cable channel logos. The project will manifest into a presentation at a major broadcasting conference later this summer. Any help will be noted in the project/presentation. Thank you!
