With October starting today and Halloween happening soon I often wonder if there has been any classic and new Halloween commercials throughout October to get people ready for Halloween? The commercial that seems to be popular for this year is a Kit Kat commercial that features a talking pumpkin and a woman carves it. I remember the classic Franken Berry and Count Chocula Cereal ads but even though it is October you don't see new versions of The Monster Cereal Commercials shown during October anymore. What are your favorite Halloween commercials?

I noticed that there are some new Halloween commercials being added for Halloween this year and they are a new Reese's Peanut Butter Cups commercial and one with IHOP promoting The Addams Family movie. You know when you look at the general picture it seems that Halloween commercials are starting to become a hit next to Christmas commercials to prepare people for the excitement of Halloween. And it makes me think that Halloween is now becoming popular again. When I was growing up I had never seen Halloween commercials become popular as Halloween has become now. Do you remember the commercial for McDonald's Halloween Happy Meals? They first aired in 1986 in the Boston area and promoted the debut of the McBoo Pals which in addition to holding the food they were also used as buckets for carrying and holding candy during trick-or-treating and where a staple Happy Meal throughout the 90's every October and although McDonald's no longer has Halloween themed Happy Meals today the commercials were well done. Are any Halloween commercials your favorite?

PAAS did commercials for Halloween for their make up kits? I never knew PAAS did Halloween commercials because I used to always see PAAS make egg decorating kits for Easter and also did Halloween makeup as well so it must be one of the commercials to ever promote Halloween before
