Default Laff Schedule Update

So starting this week, Grace Under Fire is moving to weekends only. The 8am hour has been replaced by another hour of Grounded For Life while the 12am has been replaced by another hour of That 70s Show. As for the 2am hour, Cybill has taken its spot.

You can now catch Grace Under Fire at 1am on weekends.

This is probably a good thing. A little of Brett Butler goes a long way.

Home Improvement should be moved to afternoons while Night Court should be on at night.

Yeah. I have no idea if the three timeslots were on three different cycles, but I swear I saw the episodes with Grace, Nadine and Libby in New York at least ten or twelve times in the span of two months.

I think The Drew Carey Show was in the 1am hour before this schedule change.

Night Court could be 11PM-1AM but Home Improvement is perfect in primetime, no point demoting it to afternoons. Maybe Home Improvement could move an hour earlier 8-10PM and Night Court could be 10PM-midnight. What needs to go away is That 70s Show from 7-9PM, I would banish that show to midnight. They could do this schedule on weekdays.

6-7AM The Drew Carey Show
7-8AM Home Improvement
8-10AM Grounded for Life
10AM-12PM Spin City- does not need three straight hours.
12-2PM Grace Under Fire
2-4PM Cybill- this show deserves a weekday slot, it doesn't air anywhere else.
4-6PM The Drew Carey Show
6-8PM 3rd Rock from the Sun
8-10PM Home Improvement
10PM-12AM Night Court
12-2AM That 70s Show
2-3AM 3rd Rock from the Sun
3-4AM Night Court
4-6AM Movie

Is Spin their most popular show or something? I don't get why they still have yet to do anything about that. They're already halfway through season 3 and they'll probably halfway be through season 4 by next week.

Also, does anyone know why they keep randomly skipping and jumping episodes and seasons of 3rd Rock? I know it's a show you can (mostly) watch out of order, but I noticed that yesterday they skipped the first two episodes of season 3 which give a conclusion to what happened at the end of season 2.

I'm hoping that Empty Nest will come back -- and in PRIMETIME (preferably 9-11pm!) I love that show and need it back!

3rd Rock currently has two different cycles, the 5-7PM block and the 11PM hour.

I know. The thing is that with the 11PM (going by your time) cycle, they were on season 2 then randomly jumped to season 6. Now they're back to season 1.

Was just making a suggestion, but you are right about that one.

If they bring back Empty Nest, Ellen, and Roseanne, here's what I recommend:
6-7AM Home Improvement
7-8AM Roseanne
8-10AM The Drew Carey Show
10AM-12PM Grace Under Fire
12-2PM Spin City
2-4PM That '70s Show
4-6PM Ellen
6-8PM Empty Nest
8-10PM Night Court
10PM-12AM Home Improvement
12AM-2AM 3rd Rock from the Sun
2-4AM Cybill
4-6AM Movie
