This ain't funny at all y'all. Danielle Spencer is about as classy, beautiful, and warm as they come. She's sick. She's been sickly since she was in that car accident with her step-father in the mid-70's. He lost his life saving hers.

Danielle Spencer was not a party girl. She didn't squander her money. She went on to medical school to become veterinarian. She was not one of the child actors who stayed in trouble not that I'm passing judgement on those that did. I'm just making a point.

Danielle Spencer, like so many Black actors and actresses, of that time period was a trailblazer because she paved the way for so many others to do it. What's more than that, she bought us humor and laughter for 27 minutes every week.

Anybody have an update on Dee? I love her work in WH, phenomenal show, among all-time favorites. I love to watch it on AntennaTV, it's really heavy and far out!! I have a sister or two that remind me of the Dee character, very convincing scripts and talent execution but without all the other behind the scene uncredited folks I'm thinking the show wouldn't have been the genius Oracle it became so my hat goes off to all involved producing this masterpiece theater of the small screen and rooting for DS
