I used to love ALF. Unfortunately I haven't seen it for probably 10 years or so. He was such a little cutey with a really sneaky side. You had to love him.

I really loved it that one time when Nick-At-Nite was showing
some of the old shows from the '80s like Alf and Silver Spoons and Square Pegs during one weekend,that was great!!! ![]() I loved the episode where Alf takes over from Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show(before Leno became host).

I taped a few episodes, and I still get a kick out of watching the ol' Alfer.
Timeless comedy. They were careful not to date it too much (except episodes like the one with Pete Willcox as the Elvis lookalike). But then I guess "The King" is timeless, too! Oh, and another one was the one with some of the cast from GILLIGAN'S ISLAND. But for the most part, it avoided topical references. |
